From a kitchen table to 6,000 families

Azaya Organic began with a simple frustration: the "organic" labels on supermarket shelves rarely told the full story. Where was the farm? Who grew it? How was the ghee made?

We travelled to farms across Rajasthan, Maharashtra, and Karnataka, forging direct relationships with small-holder farmers who had practised traditional organic methods for generations — long before organic became a trend or a marketing term.

Today, every product in our range is fully traceable. When you buy our A2 ghee, you're supporting the Halikar or Sahiwal cattle herders who raised those cows. When you buy our mustard oil, it comes from the same family farm it always has.

That's what Azaya means to us: transparency you can actually taste.
